Jinan Liheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established on August 1, 2017. It is a chemical technology company integrating technical services, custom synthesis and large-scale production, involving the R&D and production of pharmaceutical intermediates, material chemistry, chemical reagents and various non-conventional raw materials.
The company currently has one R&D center, one safe production workshop and one subsidiary.
The R&D center is located at Room 102, Building 7, Plot 6, Yinfeng Biological City, No. 1177 Chunlan Road, High-tech Zone, Jinan City, Shandong Province. The laboratory of the R&D center includes a 1,200 m² laboratory, a 180 m² testing and analysis room and a 300 m² warehouse. There are 17 R&D personnel currently. The analysis room is equipped with 3 Shimadzu gas chromatographs, 4 Shimadzu liquid chromatographs, moisture analyzers, potentiometric titrators, melting point apparatus and other analytical equipment. The laboratory is equipped with 8 sets of 100L glass reactors, 4 sets of 50L glass reactors and related high and low temperature instruments. It is also equipped with various small-scale experimental instruments, which can complete the R&D and synthesis of related products in kilogram and hectogram levels.
The safe production workshop is located in Workshop 2 of Tai'an Tenghao Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shiheng Town Chemical Industry Park, Feicheng City, Tai'an City, with an area of 1,000 m². It is supported by supporting facilities such as Class A, B and C warehouses, refrigeration stations, sewage stations and gas catalytic combustion systems. There are 35 production personnel in the workshop currently. The workshop is equipped with 28 sets of enamel reactors of 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 3000L and 5000L, which can complete the synthesis of related products in tonnage level.
The subsidiary, Shandong Hydrocarbon Biochemistry Technology Co., Ltd., is located on the 3rd floor, Building A1, Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, Industrial Third Road, Economic Development Zone, Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province. It built and put into operation an R&D center in October 2022. As a technology-based enterprise integrating R&D and production, its R&D center covers an area of 1,100 m² with complete supporting instruments and equipment.
At present, the company can provide nearly 1,000 customized products, mainly focusing on the R&D, production and technical services of pharmaceutical intermediates and high-end reagent products. The main product varieties are series of pharmaceutical intermediate products such as heterocyclic pyridines, carboxylic acid esters, hydrazides, phenylhydrazine hydrochlorides, alkoxy compounds, bromides, iodides and fluorides. It provides higher-quality and more efficient customized product services for major domestic pharmaceutical companies, chemical reagent companies and domestic and foreign trading companies.
The company's team is composed of senior professional R&D personnel with many years of experience and professional technical talents in various fields. Adhering to R&D and innovation as the core driving force, the company fully focuses on talent training and talent reserve. The company currently has 26 R&D personnel, including 1 doctor and the rest with bachelor's degree or above, dedicated to providing high-quality chemical products for domestic and foreign chemical companies, pharmaceutical companies and scientific research institutions. At present, it has established good business cooperative relationships with nearly 200 partners at home and abroad.
